- Deer Oil is a scenario that describes possible realities about how things could be like in the border area between Norway and Russia 50 years from today. A few years back this architecture student came up here and talked about the bigger region of Murmansk Kirkenes. It looked fantastic, but when asked, nobody would like to live there. This region does not need inventions in how shit lookes, nor does it need a close connection to european ways of going around things.
